Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ABC Real Estate property marketplace (the “Platform”). By creating an account, listing a property, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Agents and brokerages must hold a valid RERA registration and provide accurate licensing information.
2. Property Listings
- Listers must have the legal right or written authorisation to advertise each property, and must provide proof of ownership or agency authorisation when requested.
- All Dubai listings must display a valid Trakheesi / RERA permit number where required by law. ABC Real Estate may remove non-compliant listings without notice.
- Listings must be accurate and not misleading. Prices, areas, and property details must reflect the true offering.
- New and edited listings are subject to admin review and approval before going live.
3. Subscriptions, Boosts & Fees
Paid subscriptions, listing boosts, and platform/admin fees are described at the point of purchase. Unless required by law, subscription and listing fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated; cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Listing boosts are funded from your wallet balance. If you cancel a boost before its budget is fully spent, the unspent portion is returned to your wallet as credit for future use on the platform. Wallet credits are not redeemable for cash and amounts already spent on delivered boost visibility are non-refundable.
4. Verification & Compliance
ABC Real Estate may require identity and ownership documents (such as Emirates ID, passport, title deed, or Form A) to verify users and listings. You consent to our processing of these documents for verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorised listings.
- Misrepresenting your identity, license, or authority to list a property.
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees or security controls.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. ABC Real Estate facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, and agents but is not a party to any transaction between users and disclaims liability for the conduct of any user, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
